4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The information provided via the platform is "as is". While we strive for accuracy, Goldpac makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated price estimates or market trends.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, Goldpac shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
